History of B.E.M, Our Ethos & Our Customers

B.E.M is now 12 years young and has been carefully and steadily growing.
From our inception in 1992, we have proudly become a well respected and trusted building and decorating company; now employing 10 people.

We are based in the South East UK area, between Bexhill and Hastings. We have a useful location from which to serve our clients and we have a staffed office, able to take your enquiries in office hours. We are not just an answer phone service.
Our knowledge of the local buildings and establishments also means we can provide a sympathetically aesthetic building service, in common with the surrounding areas.

Customer care and quality of workmanship has been the catalyst for our success. Our steady growth is testament to this. We could not have got this far, without our clients and their continued support, because we are - after all, only as good as their word of mouth! It's our clients complete satisfaction that we value above all, with projects - both large and small, commercial or private.

Our customers are many and varied, they count amongst them: Housing Associations, Councils, Architects and Engineers, Insurance companies, Churches and Retail Stores.
We also carry out work for the local health authorities and hospitals too, including cyclical maintenance of their buildings and offices.

We specialize in disabled adaptions, in both private and respite/care homes and we also undertake contract maintenance programs for care associations within the community.
