James founded the company in 1992 following a successful career in engineering. He is responsible for the day to day running of the company, ensuring all projects run smoothly and to plan. All staff training is managed by James to include Health and Safety and Accreditations.
Wendy joined the company in 2007 and is responsible for book keeping and account queries. She has over 40 years of experience working in several account departments before joining B.E.M. Builders & Decorators Ltd.
Stuart joined the company in 2002 and has the role of Estimator, also assisting in the management of procurement and projects. Stuart has a wealth of experience within the building industry.
Angela joined the company in 2016 and is responsible for business development and marketing. Angela previously worked in advertising and marketing.
