Specialist Services
Specialist Accessible Kitchen, Bath and Shower Room Facilities, DDA Compliance and Other Adaptations:
We specialise in the application of independent living solutions, from bathroom and kitchen adaptations in the home through to DDA compliant accessible facilities for care/nursing homes and the workplace. The following is a short sample of what we can offer:
- Bathroom or shower room conversions to level access shower rooms (including pumped shower floors if gravity drainage is not possible).
- Kitchen adaptations to provide reduced height appliances, worktops and cupboards.
- Ramps, both temporary or permanent, internally and externally.
- Grab rails and support rails, in various finishes and colours.
- Widened doorways and changes to handing and hanging of doors to suit new layouts, including installing new doors, frames and hardware
- Reduced height threshold PVCu and composite exterior doors and French doors
- Low-level shower screen doors.
- Supply and installation of semi-automated "Wash and Dry" WC pans such as those from Generit and Clos-o-mat, and many more.
Specialist Commercial Services in Heathcare for Vulnerable Persons
We are experienced in the installation of secure unit bathrooms within the healthcare sector such as anti-ligature en-suite and shared bathroom conversions in order for our customers to better support and protect their 'at risk' clients. It is worth us mentioning that there are very few adaptation works that we do not have experience in. We individually tailor projects for our clients, because we all have individual needs.
Specialist Fire Risk Assessment Compliance:
We undertake Fire Risk Assessment (F.R.A.)
compliance works such as installation/upgrading
fire rated doors, fire-rated glazing upgrades, fire stopping and compartmentation of rooms and ceilings and much more. We do not offer an initial assessment or surveying service, we react to them and work from any such reports or specifications that have been produced for you by an accredited body.
Specialist Concrete Repairs:
We offer traditional and Lightweight concrete repairs to residential and commercial properties, from fixing spalling concrete that has, or is exposing reinforcing bars using modern lightweight mortars, to traditional poured concrete
Specialist Restoration and Conservation:
We have experience with working on listed buildings and buildings situated within conservation areas, and with traditional materials.
Responsive Maintenance:
Schools, Nursing and Care Homes, Hospitals and Businesses:
We offer responsive/reactive maintenance facilities along with programmed works under long-term contracts or single one'off projects and can offer our full range of services including sourcing subcontractors where required to offer you a one-stop service for your projects.
Drone Surveys
Pre-condition / Fault and Repair Detailing Drone Surveys:
We offer a
drone survey service to both commercial and domestic customers. The survey costs
from £150.00 + VAT and is dependent on the following criteria: 1) property size; 2) geographical location and 3) survey results format. The survey results format can be a choice of
4K video and/or 48Mp stills. Most times, still images are all that is needed however we can also provide video footage to your specification. We can also offer
post-production video including AI enhancements and add royalty-free music and more beside. Following a survey, typically taking between 1 and 2 hours, we will send WeTransfer link via email inviting you to download your files.
Repairs: following a drone survey, we can provide estimates for the repair works
if your propery is within our geographical work area of Kent and East Sussex and if you go on to place an order for the work, we will reduce the invoice by the drone survey cost.
Credentials: please be assured that we operate under
CAA guidelines; our drone is registered and the operator has taken and passed the CAA drone theory test and
holds both the required flyer and operator ID and insurances. We operate a 249g DJI Mini Pro 4 which is in a class that means we can fly both over people (but not crowds) and properties. We will advise you whether your property is in a geographical areas that has tight restrictions is in a "No Fly" area before booking any surveys.

Health and Safety is integral to our business activities and we recognise and understand our responsibilities.
We strive for continuous improvement in our standards and aim to achieve a safe, risk free working environment. We employ a safety consultant and all management and site staff receive full training, which is constantly monitored and updated and refresher courses undertaken. Our policy is reviewed annually and revised to reflect any changes in legislation.
As a company we expect our employees, and suppliers to comply with our Health and Safety Policy and to take individual responsibility to ensure that work is carried out to a high standard, without risk to themselves or others.
